Full Biography:
Kelsey received a B.S. degree in biology from Stony Brook University, followed by a M.A. degree in bioethics. Kelsey’s undergraduate and graduate studies were focused on biochemical and biomechanical studies as applied to biomedical and botanical research. Kelsey then worked in healthcare and academic positions until she began law school. Kelsey received a J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from the Touro University Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center, where she was a Senior Notes Editor for the Touro University Law Review, teaching assistant for contracts and property, and Executive Director of the Legal Education Access Program. Kelsey is registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office and is admitted to the New York State Bar. Kelsey practices primarily in the area of patent prosecution involving a wide range of technologies. |
